Join Allegheny Land Trust’s Environmental Education Associate, Sara Klingensmith, to learn more about immersive, experiential ways to discuss climate change! Explore how we partnered with Climate and Rual Systems Partnership (CRSP) and brought people face-to-face with local climate change evidence and mitigation practices using Geocaching. Hear about our budding phenology program that will help communities build connections with the land while contributing to data collection and climate discussions. Come ready to share and build upon ideas to get people outside and exploring our changing world.

Allegheny Land Trust (ALT) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization helping local people save local land in the Pittsburgh Region. ALT also provides hands-on, standards-aligned outreach programs to explore environmental education topics from animal adaptations to earth sciences and climate change!
